Shareholder’s notification on disposal of a material indirect shareholding

On September 23, 2015 JSC “Ventspils nafta” ("Ventspils Nafta" or "the Group") received a notification from JSC “Ventbunkers” regarding the disposal of a material indirect shareholding in “Ventspils nafta”. 

According to JSC “Ventbunkers” notification, attached hereto, on September 17, 2015 JSC “Ventbunkers” indirectly disposed 45 190 423 shares, equivalent to 43.25% of the total voting capital of the Group. JSC “Ventbunkers” now indirectly owns 0 shares of the Group's total voting capital.  Shares were directly disposed by JSC “Latvijas Naftas Tranzīts”, a subsidiary of JSC “Ventbunkers.
